Adderall
Adderall is a combination of dextro- and levo-amphetamine.
An extended release formula (Adderall XR) is available that last about 10 hours and requires only once-a-day dosing.

Adderall XR is available in 10/20/30 mg capsules. It can be sprinkled in yogurt or applesauce.
Note that Adderall tends to work through an decrease in both norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake (versus methylphenidate, which works predominantly through dopamine only)
